Connor Barwin: 'Philadelphia Eagles weren't out-coached last year'

The Philadelphia Eagles were not out-coached in the second half of last season as claimed by Cary Williams, says linebacker Connor Barwin.

Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Connor Barwin has insisted that the team were not out-coached last season.

Ex-Eagles cornerback Cary Williams claimed that the team's form suffered last year because of exhaustion and poor tactics, but Barwin has told The Philadelphia Inquirer that it was down to a number of factors.

He said: "I felt good the last month of the season, and I don't think that was it. There's a number of things that happened at the end of the season that are the reasons you win or lose. I respect everything Cary says, but I don't agree with that."

The Eagles finished second in the NFC East with a 10-6 record, but failed to qualify for the playoffs.
