Oakland Raiders interim head coach Tony Sparano has admitted that he was embarrassed by his side's 52-0 defeat to the St Louis Rams.
The Rams scored seven touchdowns in the clash at Edward Jones Dome as Tre Mason led the way with three strikes to guide his side to a thumping win.
Sparano told reporters: "They got the ball out a couple times on some bubbles, we'd been doing a great job playing those things, and we didn't do a very good job of it here.
"We all have to take responsibility for it. It starts with me. Embarrassing. We knew this was a team that started fast, and we didn't start fast on either side of the football today. This got away from us, and we just couldn't turn it around."
The Raiders are 1-11 in their season following their week 13 defeat.
