A report has claimed that the New England Patriots sent employees into the locker rooms of opposing teams to steal their playcalls ahead of matches.
The Patriots have been indicted twice by the NFL over the past eight years for the spygate and deflategate scandals, which have seen the club receive heavy sanctions from the league.
However, after quarterback Tom Brady's suspension for the deflategate scandal was vacated by US District Judge Richard Berman last week, new allegations have come to light against Bill Belichick and his men from their initial scandal eight years ago.
ESPN has alleged that the Patriots sent low-level staff members into the locker rooms of opposing teams before the start of matches at Gillette Stadium to obtain their playsheets containing the opening calls of the game.
The Patriots were found guilty of illegally taping signals of opponents at the start of the 2007 season, leading to a $750,000 (£487,000) fine and the removal of their first-round pick in the 2008 Draft.
