Landon Collins insists training is going well ahead of rookie season

Landon Collins reveals that his first NFL pre-season is "going fantastic" with the New York Giants.

New York Giants safety Landon Collins has revealed that his new coaches are pleased with his performances in pre-season.

The 21-year-old rookie joined from Alabama State, where he made five interception in two seasons, and he believes that he has adjusted well in the first sessions ahead of the new campaign.

He said at a press conference: "It's been going fantastic. The coaches love the range that I have. I get to go showcase it at practice, the more I work on it, the better I can get at it and the more I can help my corners if I need to help over the top."

Collins was the 33rd overall pick in the Draft last month.
