The New Orleans Saints will pick up the fifth-year option on the contract of defensive end Cameron Jordan, according to a report.
The 24-year-old has been an integral part of the Saints' defense for the past two seasons, and has become their premier pass-rusher.
Jordan will now be under contract with the Saints until the end of the 2015 season, with the final year of his deal worth $6.9m (£4.1m), reports the New Orleans Times-Picayune.
The defensive end recorded 46 tackles and 12.5 sacks in the 2013 season.
