New England Patriots wide receiver Julian Edelman has admitted that he and his fellow wideouts will face a tough challenge against the "ferocious" secondary of the Seattle Seahawks in the Super Bowl.
Pete Carroll's men boast Pro Bowl players Richard Sherman, Earl Thomas and Kam Chancellor in their secondary, which helped the Seahawks to lead the NFL in scoring defense for the third year in a row.
"They're a little different because they're all big," Edelman told reporters. "They're all big, strong, ferocious players. They play in their scheme. They're well coached. They play hard.
"We certainly have some guys that are big, but this a completely different group and like you said, I've never played against them. [We've] got to take these next few days [to] prepare [and] get ready for them and try to bring out the A game."
The Patriots face off against the Seahawks in the Super Bowl on February 1 in Glendale.
