New England Patriots coach Bill Belichick has refused to discuss his decision to send Darrelle Revis home from practice on Tuesday.
While Revis is expected to play against the Chicago Bears on Sunday, Belichick insisted that it was an internal matter that he would not be discussing in the media.
"Anything between me and the players is between myself and the players," Belichick said, according to The Boston Globe.
However, the assembled media continued to question Belichick on the matter and when asked if Revis's playing time would be impacted on Sunday, the Patriots coach replied: "I think the Bears are a really good team. I think they're going to be a tough, tough matchup for us. We're going to do the best we can to match up against them."
Revis was sent home after he reported late to a meeting on Tuesday morning after oversleeping, but he later returned to the training facility.
