Adrian Peterson has claimed that any other team would be happy to have him if the Minnesota Vikings ever decided to trade him.
The running back has been the subject of trade rumours over the past month, with some sources suggesting the Vikings are looking to 'build for the future' and find themselves a franchise quarterback.
Peterson's $100m (£62m) seven-year contract does not expire until 2017 and he has stated before that he would happily end his career in Minneapolis.
However, he told the Pioneer Press: "No [I don't want to go anywhere else]. But I know this is a business and things like that happen. So, if it happens, it happens. There's not much I can't handle. I'm sure someone will welcome me with open arms if they do decide to trade me.
"But, I definitely wouldn't mind playing here [until retirement]. I feel like we have the right pieces and we can continue to get some more pieces as well to help build this team and make us even stronger."
Peterson has 786 rushing yards so far this season.
