Running back Adrian Peterson has topped an annual poll to find the league's best player.
The Minnesota Vikings player was voted number one in NFL Network's "Top 100 Players of 2013" list, which is voted for by players from around the league.
Speaking on the network, the 28-year-old said: "I had a good feeling without being cocky that I would be number one.
"I kind of made that assumption with the MVP. I was like, 'Well, I don't see how I wouldn't be number one knowing that I won MVP,' so I kind of put myself there."
Denver Broncos quarterback Peyton Manning finished second in the ballot, while receiving yard record breaker Calvin Johnson placed third.
