Miami Dolphins unsure of Mike Wallace return

Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross concedes that he isn't sure about the future of wide receiver Mike Wallace.

Miami Dolphins owner Stephen Ross has remained non-committal regarding the future of wide receiver Mike Wallace.

Wallace will enter the third year of a five-year deal next season but he is considered untradeable given his cost against the salary cap.

In addition, he isn't willing to accept a pay cut and so the only other option that the franchise has is to cut him from the roster.

"I don't think anyone really knows," Ross said when asked about the star's future.

Wallace is understood to have lost the respect of his teammates after he opted to pull himself out of the week 15 loss to the New England Patriots.
