New York Giants safety Antrel Rolle believes that Jonathan Martin is "just as much to blame" for the situation at the Miami Dolphins as Richie Incognito is.

Martin left the club's training complex last week amid reports of bullying inside the locker room at the club, and as a result Incognito has been suspended by the Dolphins pending a further investigation.

"Richie Incognito, is he wrong? Absolutely," Rolle told WFAN. "But I think the other guy is just as much to blame because he's allowed it to happen.

"You know, at this level, you're a man. You're not a little boy. You're not a freshman in college. You're a man. So I think everything has its limits. So there's no way that another man is gonna make me pay for something that I choose not to pay for.

"Hopefully he's able to bounce back and recover from all that has happened and understand it, and take awareness of, you know, that you're a grown-ass man. You need to stand up for yourself."

Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin has taken full responsibility for the incident at the club this season.
