Joe Philbin: Bullying will not be "tolerated"

Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin reveals that bullying will not be "tolerated" at his side after offensive tackle Jonathan Martin went AWOL from the club.

Miami Dolphins head coach Joe Philbin has revealed that bullying will not be "tolerated" at his club amid speculation surrounding Jonathan Martin.

The offensive tackle has been missing from the club for the past few days after walking out of their training complex on Tuesday, with reports suggesting that comments were made about him by his teammates.

Martin was ruled out of his side's win over the Cincinnati Bengals on Thursday officially due to an illness.

Philbin told reporters: "This is something we take very seriously and will not be tolerated."

The Dolphins are 4-4 in their season after week nine.
