Ja'Wuan James working on technique at Miami Dolphins

Miami Dolphins offensive tackle Ja'Wuan James reveals that he is working hard on his technique with the club ahead of his first season in the NFL.

Miami Dolphins first-round Draft pick Ja'Wuan James has revealed that he is using the off-season to hone his technique.

The Dolphins selected the offensive tackle with the 19th overall selection in the 2014 NFL Draft, as they look to rebuild their line following the losses of Richie Incognito and Jonathan Martin.

James told reporters: "Coach Benton has taught us a lot of different techniques, changing up stances, changing the first step, things like that.

"So I wanted to show him that I could do that, and just work on it."

Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill was sacked 58 times in the 2013 season, which was the most in the NFL.
