The Miami Dolphins have begun contract talks with wide receiver Brian Hartline in a bid to keep him at the organisation.
The 26-year-old is due to become a free agent next week, but it is thought that the Dolphins will look to offer Hartline a long-term deal before then.
FoxSports.com has reported that the franchise is prepared to offer Hartline around $6m (almost £4m) per year to remain at the Sun Life Stadium.
Hartline led the team in receiving yards in 2012 with 1,083, but scores just one touchdown.
