Houston Texans head coach Gary Kubiak has revealed that safety Ed Reed could be a game-time decision to play against the San Diego Chargers.
Reed has missed the entire pre-season as he recovered from hip surgery in the off-season following his move to the club from the Baltimore Ravens.
"He had another good practice today," Kubiak told Houston Chronicle. "He's come a long way. I can't say he won't play."
The 33-year-old is in his 12th season in the NFL and won his first Super Bowl with the Ravens in January.
