CJ Mosley joins Detroit Lions

CJ Mosley joins Detroit Lions just days after his Jacksonville Jaguars release.

Veteran defensive tackle CJ Mosley has signed a two-year deal with the Detroit Lions two days after being released by the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Mosley has said that he is already looking forward to lining up alongside Ndamukong Suh and Nick Fairley in the Lions defence.

"I just think it's a great fit for me," Mosley told the Detroit Free Press.

"I look forward to playing with the guys they have here, Fairley and Suh, those are some tough son of a guns. I fit right in so I just look forward to wrecking shop with them."

Mosley has made 108 with 38 assists in his NFL career.
