Half-Time Report: Detroit Lions lead Philadelphia Eagles in blizzard condition

The Detroit Lions hold an eight-point lead over the Philadelphia Eagles in blizzard conditions at Lincoln Financial Field.

The Detroit Lions lead the Philadelphia Eagles at the break in their NFL clash in blizzard conditions at Lincoln Financial Field.

Both sides struggled to move the ball as the snow pounded down and turnovers were aplenty in the terrible conditions.

Lions running back Joique Bell fumbled the ball in the second quarter but the Eagles were not able to capitalise on the error as Riley Cooper was guilty of dropping the ball.

Then on their next series Eagles quarterback Nick Foles threw his first interception of the season as Chris Houston picked him off.

The Lions took advantage by getting the only score of the half. Joique Bell powered into the endzone from two yards and then Matt Stafford found him for the two-point conversion.
