John Fox: 'It feels great to be back'

Denver Broncos head coach John Fox feels "great" having returned to the sidelines on Sunday for the first time since undergoing heart surgery last month.

Denver Broncos head coach John Fox has revealed that it felt "great" to be back on the sidelines as his team thrashed the Tennessee Titans 51-28 on Sunday.

Fox returned to coach the Broncos for the first time since undergoing heart surgery early last month and saw his side move 11-2 for the season with the emphatic victory.

The 58-year-old resumed his team duties last Monday and admits that he had forgotten how "fun" he found coaching the team.

"I felt great, I really did. It feels great to be back. I had a good week for practicing, energy level and all that. I really forgot how fun that was," Fox told reporters.

The Broncos currently sit top of the AFC West, one win ahead of the Kansas City Chiefs with three games to play.
