Eric Decker would "welcome" Denver Broncos call

Denver Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker hints that he would like to stay with the team as he gets ready to enter unrestricted free agency.

Denver Broncos wide receiver Eric Decker has hinted that he would like to stay with the team next season.

Decker is expected to be one of the most high profile unrestricted free agents available in March, having helped a record-breaking Broncos offense reach the Super Bowl last season.

The team are expected to set aside money for the likes of Demaryius Thomas and Julius Thomas, meaning that Decker may not receive as much as he would if he was to move on, but he insists that his decision will not be solely based on financial factors.

"It's not all about the money for me. It's about going to work every day and having fun and enjoying my job," Decker told SiriusXM NFL Radio.

"If we can get on the same page, I will welcome a call from the Broncos, but I need to do what is best for my family."

The 26-year-old caught 87 passes for 1,288 yards and 11 touchdowns last season.
