Dallas Cowboys head coach Jason Garrett has insisted that he is happy with the current coaching structure at the club.
Reports had surfaced suggesting that Garrett could take the play-calling duties from offensive coordinator Bill Callahan in the wake of the Cowboys' 49-17 drubbing at the hands of the New Orleans Saints on Sunday.
However, the 47-year-old insists that, while he has the power to seize control of the offense, he is unwilling to overreact to the defeat and will allow Callahan to continue as before.
"We don't want to over-analyse and overreact to certain situations. We've done some good stuff on offense and we like the structure we have in place," Garrett told reporters.
"We have to, as a coaching staff, do a better job. That's everybody. Everybody has a piece of that. We have to do a better job to help our offense do better. We're not going to go down that other road."
Cowboys owner Jerry Jones has also reassured the staff that there will be no coaching changes.
