Trent Richardson: 'Cleveland Browns offense still improving'

Cleveland Browns running back Trent Richardson believes that the team have improved this pre-season.

Trent Richardson has said that the Cleveland Browns' offense has been improving over the last few weeks.

The AFC North side won the opening two games of the pre-season, before losing to the Indianapolis Colts last weekend.

The running back told the team's website: "It's so much better. Last year, I just went right into the fire. Now, it's time to get better and better each day. The offensive line is making better communication. [Quarterback] Brandon [Weeden] does what he does in communicating with the offensive line.

"Everything is on point. Our coaches are communicating with the offense, getting the plays in and out. With the timing, it's a big, important thing. I think it's gotten so much better over the past few weeks.

"I think I've been doing fine, especially vibing with my team, the offensive line. These guys have made a bigger impact on me in the last few weeks than they did all of last year. That's being a team, a family. That's chemistry."

The Browns play the Chicago Bears tomorrow.
