Aaron Rodgers found Jermichael Finley to put the Packers ahead with less than two minutes on the clock.
Eddie Lacy rushed from a yard to extend the lead to 14-0 but Billy Cundiff found the mark from 46 yards to erode the deficit slightly.
Mason Crosby split the posts from 26 yards to restore the 14-point gap moments before half time.
The Packers are 3-2 at the top of the NFC North and are looking to extend their advantage over the Detroit Lions (4-3).
