Cincinnati Bengals running back Jeremy Hill has called on his side to end their winless run in the playoffs in the 2015 season.
The Bengals are currently on the longest drought without a victory in post-season in the NFL, with their last win coming back in 1990.
Head coach Marvin Lewis has lost all six of his matches in the playoffs since he arrived at the club in 2003, including four in the last four seasons.
Hill believes that the club need to change their fortunes or else they will never get over the hump.
"It's now or never," Hill told reporters. "It's been four years in a row, and if it doesn't happen this year, then it's probably never going to happen.
"That's the mentality and the sense of urgency that we bring in every day. Something has to change."
The Bengals lost to the Indianapolis Colts in the wildcard round of the playoffs in the 2014 season.
