The Cincinnati Bengals lead the Chicago Bears by four points going into the half-time interval of their NFL clash.

Martellus Bennett opened the scoring for the Bears when he got sight of quarterback Jay Cutler's eight-yard pass for a touchdown, allowing placekicker Robbie Gould to kick for the extra point and put his team 7-0 ahead.

Heading into the final minutes of the first quarter, the Bengals hit back with a touchdown of their own as AJ Green completed a two-yard pass from quarterback Andrew Dalton, before Mike Nugent followed up with the kick to tie the scores at 7-7.

Nugent's side went on to make further gains as another touchdown from Green, following a 45-yard pass from Dalton, put them in the lead.

However, nearing the end of the second quarter, the Bears hit back with a 58-yard field goal from Gould to leave the scores at 14-10.
