Buffalo Bills wide receiver Robert Woods has insisted that he is comfortable playing in any of the wideout roles for his side next season.
The Bills acquired Mike Williams and then drafted Sammy Watkins to bolster their receiving corps for the 2014 campaign, and that could free up a role in the slot for Woods to replace Stevie Johnson, who was traded to the San Francisco 49ers.
Woods told reporters: "That feels pretty good. I'm confident in my game, what I can do. It's a great thing that the organisation thinks highly of me from that standpoint, but I'm just here to play my game.
"I'm not trying to fill Stevie's shoes, I'm just trying to do what I can do. Getting open, catching the rock, and just making some plays, being a playmaker for this team."
Woods recorded 40 receptions for 587 yards along with three touchdowns for the Bills in the 2013 season.
