Buffalo Bills head coach Doug Marrone has revealed that he is looking to hire a quarterbacks coach for his side next season.
The Bills operated without a quarterbacks coach this season, which put pressure on offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett to guide rookie quarterback EJ Manuel through his first campaign in the NFL.
"We're looking at quarterback coaches," Marrone told the Buffalo News. "One of the things that happened when we had those injuries was trying to get three quarterbacks ready.
"And having just Nathaniel was a very difficult situation, one that we didn't foresee, but it was the situation we were in.
"We have a young stable of quarterbacks right now. We want to make sure we add people."
Marrone's first campaign with Buffalo ended in a 6-10 season for the club.
