Carson Palmer has said that Bruce Arians already has the Arizona Cardinals "wrapped around his finger" after taking over the head coach role earlier this year.
Arians left his post as offensive coordinator with the Indianapolis Colts to replace Ken Whisenhunt in Phoenix.
The quarterback, who was acquired in a trade with the Oakland Raiders after Arians took over, told Yahoo! Sports: "I love the head coach. "I mean, I love the head coach. He keeps it real. He already has this team wrapped around his finger. And we have some talented players in this locker room.
"You just can't help but respect him. There's no ego whatsoever. And he's a guy who's got Super Bowl rings."
The team finished last in the NFC West last season.
