London Irish coach Toby Booth has vowed to continue playing some of the club's academy players in future Aviva Premiership matches.
Booth has had to call upon a number of youngsters while some of his squad have been on international duty at the World Cup.
Speaking after his side defeated Worcester 42-24 this afternoon, Booth insisted that his experienced players will have to wait for a return to the starting lineup.
"All you can ask is to be competitive and capitalise on what you create," Booth told Sky Sports News. "We've done that recently.
"Youth and enthusiasm can get you a long way as we've seen.
"If the youngsters are the best players for the shirt then they'll keep the shirt."
Booth became coach of Irish in 2008.
