Stoke City's Steven N'Zonzi helps students in French lesson

Stoke City midfielder Steven N'Zonzi visits students at the Co-operative Academy in Tunstall to help teach French.

Stoke City midfielder Steven N'Zonzi has taken time out from his everyday job to help students learn his native language French.

The 25-year-old visited a Year 10 class at the Co-operative Academy in Tunstall to celebrate International Languages Day.

"It was great fun," N'Zonzi told The Sentinel. "The students were really enthusiastic and it was a real treat for me to hear my own language being spoken.

"It is really important to learn plenty of languages for travel and things like that. English is the most important language in the world but it is still good to learn more."

N'Zonzi also took part in a question and answer session with the students.
