Manchester United's David de Gea responds to Louis van Gaal's touchline 'dive'

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea jokes that manager Louis van Gaal is "okay" after simulating a dive on the touchline at Old Trafford on Sunday.

Manchester United goalkeeper David de Gea has told supporters that manager Louis van Gaal is "okay" after diving to the ground during a touchline discussion with the fourth official at Old Trafford during Sunday's match against Arsenal.

The Dutchman complained to Mike Dean about what he deemed to be a dive from Alexis Sanchez by throwing himself to the floor.

After United's 3-2 victory over the Gunners, Van Gaal told reporters that he needs to control his emotions.

On Twitter, De Gea joked: "A united team overcomes all obstacles! Outstanding Old Trafford! And don't worry, our Mister is ok!"
