Red Bull engineering chief Paul Monaghan has insisted that the team will be ready to take part in pre-season testing this winter, despite having failed to secure an engine for 2016.
The four-time constructors' champions were thought to be nearing an exit from Formula 1 after falling out with current supplier Renault over the performance of their 2015 power unit.
However, while no formal decision has been made regarding an engine, Monaghan is adamant that the team will be at the first test in Catalunya next February.
"We are working towards a deal and if one can be achieved, then that will be announced in time but we will still make it, don't worry," he is quoted by Planet F1 as saying.
Red Bull are rumoured to be considering an independent power unit for 2016, which would be based on their current Renault engine.
