Ipswich Town to sign young Spur on loan?

Ipswich Town are reportedly expected to complete the signing of Tottenham Hotspur teenager Massimo Luongo on a season-long loan later today.

Tottenham Hotspur youngster Massimo Luongo is reportedly expected to join Ipswich Town on a season-long loan later today.

The 19-year-old has made just one senior appearance in a white shirt since moving to North London in January 2011.

He is expected to join up with Paul Jewell's squad and will feature in one of this week's friendlies against Braintree and Cambridge United, according to TWTD.co.uk.

Sydney-born Luongo has been capped twice by Australia at Under-20 level.
