Rafa Benitez refuses to rule out Napoli exit

Napoli manager Rafa Benitez refuses to get drawn into conversations about his future, but insists that he will "always give 100 per cent" during his time with the team.

Napoli manager Rafa Benitez has refused to discuss where his future lies, with his contract with the club due to expire in the summer.

The former Liverpool boss has been in charge at the Serie A club since 2013 and has lifted the Supercoppa and Coppa Italia during his time in Italy.

Benitez was dismissing any talks of contract renewals or future plans, but insists that he will still give it his all while he is still the manager.

"I do not know when my farewell will arrive. It could be between three to five years, or even just one. Regardless, I will certainly always give 100 per cent for this team until the last day," the 54-year-old said, according to Goal.com.

"Everyone knows that my contract expires in June, shortly we'll talk but now it is more important to talk about the team, my personal issues do not count.

"I see the president [Aurelio De Laurentiis] every time I am at the stadium, we talk before and after the games but there has been no meeting regarding my future. We only talked about the games played."

Napoli are currently sitting in third place in the Serie A table and are still in the hunt to win the Europa League.
