Real Madrid would reportedly be prepared to listen to offers in the region of €70m (£61m) for Raphael Varane this summer if the centre-back does not sign a new deal at the Bernabeu.
The 27-year-old has made 350 appearances for Los Blancos since arriving from Lens and remains an important figure for the club, already featuring on 31 occasions in all competitions this term.
Varane's contract with Zinedine Zidane's side is due to expire in June 2022, though, and it is thought that the two parties are struggling to come an agreement over a fresh deal.
According to AS, Los Blancos are wary of allowing the France international to enter the final 12 months of his contract and would therefore be prepared to sell him for €70m (£61m) in the upcoming market.
Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain have both been credited with an interest in the World Cup winner, who has won four Champions League crowns during his time at the Bernabeu.
Chelsea and Juventus are also believed to be keeping a close eye on developments.
