Saturday's Bundesliga predictions including Borussia Dortmund vs. RB Leipzig

Sports Mole provides score predictions and previews for all of today's Bundesliga fixtures, including Borussia Dortmund vs. RB Leipzig.

Frankfurt vs. Greuther Furth (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Still seeking their first away victory in the Bundesliga this season, basement club Greuther Furth will travel to Deutsche Bank Park to face Eintracht Frankfurt on Saturday afternoon.

The hosts, meanwhile, could move to within four points of the Champions League positions if they were to claim maximum points on home soil, and if other results were to go their way.

We say: Eintracht Frankfurt 3-1 Greuther Furth

Frankfurt's underwhelming home record this season bodes well for Furth heading into this weekend's contest, as they hope to end the campaign with at least one away victory to their name.

With the Eagles potentially resting a few players, this may also give the visitors a stronger chance of claiming maximum points; however, we feel that Glasner's side should still have enough quality within their ranks to win on home soil.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

B. Leverkusen vs. Hertha Berlin (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Bayer Leverkusen and Hertha Berlin will both be seeking to claim back-to-back Bundesliga victories when they lock horns at the BayArena on Saturday afternoon.

The hosts remain in the hunt for Champions League qualification, while the visitors are still battling against relegation.

We say: Bayer Leverkusen 2-1 Hertha Berlin

Leverkusen's head-to-head record against Hertha is poor, but the hosts will head into Saturday's fixture as they favourites, given there are 13 places and 22 points separating the two teams at present.

Seoane will be without a number of key players, but his team should still have enough quality within their ranks to secure a slender victory at the BayArena.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Freiburg vs. Bayern (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Champions League-chasing Freiburg will welcome league leaders Bayern Munich to the SC-Stadion for their eagerly-anticipated Bundesliga clash on Saturday afternoon.

The two teams with the best defensive records in this season's German top flight will lock horns; the visitors have conceded only 28 goals so far, one fewer than Freiburg's 29, and both sides have also kept a league-high nine clean sheets.

We say: Freiburg 1-1 Bayern Munich

Although Freiburg and Bayern currently boast the best two defensive records this season, they have both looked vulnerable at the back in recent weeks, which will give their respective attacks confidence of finding the net on Saturday.

The visitors are understandably the favourites for this fixture, but we feel that a closely-fought contest is set to be played out, and Streich's men may do enough to claim a hard-fought point in front of their home supporters.

Our tipster partners are predicting over 2.5 goals.

Hoffenheim vs. VfL Bochum (Saturday, 2.30pm)

Hoffenheim will welcome VfL Bochum to the Rhein-Neckar Arena for their Bundesliga encounter on Saturday afternoon.

The hosts could move into the top four with a victory, while the visitors could steer themselves nine points clear of the relegation zone if they claim all three points.

We say: Hoffenheim 2-1 VfL Bochum

Both sides will be confident of claiming all three points this weekend, as they seek to bounce back from defeats last time out.

Hoffenheim will head into this contest as the favourites, and although they suffered defeat against Bochum earlier this season, we can see them getting revenge in front of their home supporters.

Our tipster partners are predicting a home win.

Arminia Bielefeld vs. Stuttgart (Saturday, 2.30pm)

In a crucial battle at the bottom of the Bundesliga, 17th-placed Arminia Bielefeld take on a recently improved Stuttgart side on Saturday afternoon.

After the visitors fought back to win a six-pointer with Augsburg before the international break, they sit a point above their hosts in the tightly-packed lower half of the table.

We say: Arminia Bielefeld 1-2 Stuttgart

Stuttgart have discovered their scoring touch just in time for the crucial run-in, and they can be expected to breach a brittle Arminia rearguard on at least one occasion.

The visitors' renewed confidence should therefore help them edge this battle for survival and lift them further clear of the bottom two.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 2.5 goals.

Dortmund vs. RB Leipzig (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Borussia Dortmund's Marius Wolf celebrates scoring their first goal with teammates on March 13, 2022© Reuters

Borussia Dortmund will welcome RB Leipzig to Westfalenstadion for their top-four clash in the Bundesliga on Saturday evening.

BVB have won four of their last five league games on home soil, scoring 17 goals in the process, while the visitors have won each of their last three top-flight away matches, finding the net 13 times during this run.

We say: Borussia Dortmund 3-2 RB Leipzig

With the ball hitting the back of the net at least three times in six of the last seven meetings between these two teams, goals are to be expected this weekend.

Both Dortmund and Leipzig take good runs of form into this contest, but we feel that the hosts, with a fully fit Haaland in their side, should do enough to edge this intriguing contest.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.
