Tuesday's Premier League predictions including Aston Villa vs. Arsenal

Sports Mole provides score predictions for both of Tuesday's Premier league matches - Watford vs. Manchester City and Aston Villa vs. Arsenal.

Watford vs. Man City (Tuesday, 6.00pm)

Manchester City will be looking to make a quick response following their FA Cup exit at the weekend when they take on managerless Watford in their penultimate Premier League match on Tuesday.

The Citizens are assured of second place and all focus is now on next month's Champions League restart, while Watford have plenty to play for as they attempt to avoid the drop.

We say: Watford 0-3 Manchester City

Regardless of what team Guardiola fields, City will be desperate to put Saturday's cup exit behind them as they look to rebuild some momentum ahead of the Champions League restart. Watford may need three more points to avoid relegation, but they have lost their last 12 games against City in all competitions and that run looks set to continue here.

Aston Villa vs. Arsenal (Tuesday, 8.15pm)

Aston Villa will be looking to give their survival hopes a boost when they play the penultimate game of their 2019-20 Premier League season at home to Arsenal on Tuesday night.

Dean Smith's side are currently 18th in the table, three points behind 17th-placed Watford, while Arsenal sit 10th but will have been boosted by beating Manchester City in the semi-finals of the FA Cup on Saturday.

We say: Aston Villa 1-1 Arsenal

Villa are in desperate need of a win to keep their survival hopes alive, but we are finding it difficult to back Arsenal to lose, with the Gunners picking up two huge victories in their last two games. Both sides should have periods in possession, and we fancy a 1-1 draw at Villa Park.
