Saturday's Premier League predictions including Everton vs. Arsenal

Sports Mole provides score predictions for all of Saturday's Premier League action, including Everton vs. Arsenal.

Crystal Palace vs. Liverpool (Saturday, 12.30pm)

Crystal Palace welcome champions and new league leaders Liverpool to Selhurst Park on Saturday for both sides' final outings before Christmas.

The Eagles have only won one of their last five league games but face a Liverpool team struggling on the road despite their lofty league position.

We say: Crystal Palace 1-2 Liverpool

Liverpool have not won successive Premier League games since October but, off the back of such a morale-boosting victory over their main title rivals at the moment, we are backing them to put an end to that run here.

The Reds' away form is on the verge of evolving from a curiosity to a concern and Klopp will know that anything other than a win at Selhurst Park would undo much of the good work they did against Spurs just three days earlier.

Crystal Palace showed in their most recent home game that they are capable of taking points off the league's top teams, but they have a poor record here against Liverpool recently and we expect that to continue on Saturday.

Our tipster partners are predicting under 3.5 goals.

Southampton vs. Man City (Saturday, 3.00pm)

Manchester City make the trip to high-flying Southampton on Saturday afternoon on the back of successive draws that have further derailed their Premier League title hopes.

The Citizens are eight points adrift of leaders Liverpool with a game in hand, while Southampton are four points better off in third after a superb start to the campaign.

We say: Southampton 1-1 Manchester City

Southampton have won four of their last five league matches, keeping a clean sheet in each of those victories.

City have been far too inconsistent this campaign, as highlighted in their 1-1 draw with West Brom, and we can see this being another frustrating afternoon for Guardiola's men.

Our tipster partners are predicting an away win.

Everton vs. Arsenal (Saturday, 5.30pm)

Under-pressure Mikel Arteta is in desperate need of a victory as Arsenal travel to Everton this weekend in the Premier League.

The Gunners have made their worst start to a season after 13 games since 1974-75 and are nine points adrift of Everton, who look ready to challenge for a top-four spot.

We say: Everton 2-1 Arsenal

Everton have not won their final league match before Christmas in any of their last six seasons, drawing two and losing four, but they are the favourites heading into this game.

Arsenal have been nothing short of terrible in the league this term and, a week short of his one-year anniversary at the club, another defeat for Arteta here could prove fatal.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.

Newcastle vs. Fulham (Saturday, 8.00pm)

Newcastle United welcome Fulham to St James' Park on Saturday evening on the back of a 5-2 defeat to Leeds United earlier this week.

Meanwhile, the Cottagers make the trip to the North-East having recorded successive draws at home to Liverpool and Brighton & Hove Albion.

We say: Newcastle United 1-1 Fulham

While both clubs will view this as an opportunity to make significant headway up the standings, avoiding defeat before the Christmas period is arguably more important. With that in mind, do not be surprised to see these two sides settle for a point apiece.

Our tipster partners are predicting a double chance bet on a home win or an away win.
