Mike D'Antoni has said that he expects Kobe Bryant to be dominant in his return to action with the Los Angeles Lakers.
The shooting guard confirmed on his Facebook page yesterday afternoon that he will make his return from an Achilles tear against the Toronto Raptors tomorrow.
The head coach told ESPN: "I think it's terrific. Obviously he feels good about it and we'll see going forward, but this is good news.
"He'll be a dominant player. He can play any way. He can play below the rim, above the rim, beside the rim. I mean, the guy can play any way.
"He'll figure out how he'll be effective and then he'll come at you with everything he's got. That's been his MO, and I think that's what he'll do."
Bryant ruptured the tendon in April.
