Lance Stephenson has admitted that he was wrong to talk about LeBron James in a press conference during the Eastern Conference finals.
The Indiana Pacers shooting guard told reporters earlier this week that the Miami Heat forward's on-court trash talk was a "sign of weakness".
Stephenson has now told reporters: "I think this stuff bothered us a little bit. It's part of the game. I think I said some things that shouldn't have been said. Also Paul [George]. We just gotta play basketball and stop worrying about all the other stuff.
"I been learning since I got in the league. I came a long way. And I'm gonna keep learning 'til I get to that point where I'm a real pro."
The Heat currently lead the Eastern Conference finals 3-2.
