Terrence Jones has said that the Houston Rockets never gave up in their win over the New Orleans Pelicans last night.
James Harden scored the winning points with just 28 seconds left to play, leaving the Pelicans without a win in their last six games.
The Rockets forward told reporters: "When they've got a guy like [Eric Gordon, who scores a season-high 35 points] on their team that can get going like he can, there's not really too much you can say about being short-handed.
"We fought. That's what I'm most proud of. No matter how much of a struggle, we never gave up."
The Rockets are in action again tonight against the Oklahoma City Thunder.
