Chicago Bulls point guard Derrick Rose has admitted that he wants to play in the 2016 Olympics in Brazil.
While the 25-year-old left open the possibility of featuring in the World Championships in Spain next year, it remains to be seen what condition he is in at the end of the current season.
"For sure, I would love to play on the team. It would be an honour, but at the same time it'll take me trying out for the team and this coaching staff," he told reporters, according to CSN Chicago.
Rose will have a familiar face with him on Team USA duty as current Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau is also on the coaching staff.
