The Cleveland Browns will select quarterback Johnny Manziel with the fourth pick in the 2014 NFL Draft if he is still available, according to a report.
Manziel has been touted as one of the best prospects in the Draft and has been linked with several clubs at various spots in the first round.
However, the Browns are ready to swoop for the former Texas A&M Aggies signal caller and will select him with their first pick in the Draft if he gets past the three teams above them, reports ESPN.
Cleveland released former first-round pick Brandon Weeden earlier in the off-season.
