Soslan Tigiev has been stripped of the bronze medal he won at the London Olympics after failing a drugs test.
The Uzbekistani is the second medallist from the 2012 Games to be found to have breached doping regulations.
Tigiev tested positive for methylhexaneamine, a banned stimulant.
A statement from the International Olympic Committee said: "The NOC (National Olympic Committee) of Uzbekistan is ordered to return to the IOC, as soon as possible, the medal, diploma and medallist pin awarded to the athlete," the IOC said in its ruling.
The 74-kilogram freestyle bronze will now be awarded to Gabor Hatos of Hungary.
