USA's Hannah Kearney calm about winning gold

Team USA's Hannah Kearney says that she is not thinking about winning a gold medal in the women's moguls at the Sochi Games just yet.

American skier Hannah Kearney has remained calm on her chances of winning successive gold medal in women's moguls at the Winter Olympics in Sochi.

The 27-year-old, who finished first in qualifying on Thursday, insists that she is not thinking about Saturday's finals yet.

"You have expectations of how you should feel when it's the Olympics," TEAMUSA.org quotes her as saying.

"Then when you don't, you think, 'Am I not excited enough? Am I too excited? Am I relaxed? Am I nervous?' Ugh. Too much thinking, time to go skiing."

Kearney won gold in the same event at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
