Sweden skip Niklas Edin was thoroughly impressed with his side's performances on the opening day of the men's curling competition at the Sochi Winter Olympics.
The Scandinavian nation ended Monday at the top of the standings after winning both of their first two round robin matches, overcoming European champions Switzerland 7-5 before seeing off Great Britain 8-4.
"That was the perfect start for us," he told reporters. "I think we will be stronger for this going forward."
Sweden will face defending champions Canada on Tuesday morning.
