Torah Bright: "I feel like I won"

Australian snowboarder Torah Bright says that she feels like she won the half-time event at the Winter Olympics.

Torah Bright has said that she felt like she won the women's half-pipe event at the Winter Olympics.

The defending champion had to settle for silver after finishing 0.25 points behind America's Kaitlyn Farrington.

The Australian told Channel 10: "I feel great, I feel like I won. I'm so excited. I'm a clutch performer, I pulled it out luckily. I'm definitely going to hit the dance floor tonight.

"What's 0.25? I really don't care, because that happens in judged sports. But it was awesome to hear from my fellow shredders that are now here doing TV work that maybe I should have won.

"I don't care about the colour of the medal. Life isn't about winning. It's about putting your best step forward. It's about sharing your light. I'm happy."

Bright also competed in the snowboard slopestyle earlier this week, and will race in the snowboard cross.
