Julianna Pena has produced one of the greatest upsets in UFC history by stopping women's bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes.
Nunes, who had held the belt for over five years, was making the 10th defence of her title and the Brazilian was facing an opponent in Pena who had lost two of her previous four UFC fights.
However, after an opening round which was probably edged by Nunes, Pena was prepared to trade with the hard-hitting champion in round two, ultimately coming out on top.
After seizing the advantage, the 32-year-old grounded Nunes before enforcing a submission with a rear-naked choke to claim a stunning victory in Las Vegas.
Speaking after the bout, Pena said: "It didn't seem real. It feels crazy. But I expected to win. The world is my oyster. You have the ability to do anything you want in this life."
In the main event, Charles Oliveira successfully defended his lightweight title by stopping Dustin Poirier in the third round.
