Richard Gasquet has breezed past Bradley Klahn to progress through to the third round of the US Open at Flushing Meadows, New York.
The Frenchman was rarely troubled on Court 17 as he took out the American youngster 6-3 6-3 6-1 in a little over two hours.
His next opponent is another American, Steve Johnson, who recorded a surprise victory over Ernest Gulbis in the last round.
Gasquet has never gone further than the fourth round at Flushing Meadows.
