Britain's Oliver Golding wins the US Open Boys' title after beating number one seed Jiri Vesely in three sets.

Britain's Oliver Golding has won the US Open Boys' title after beating number one seed Jiri Vesely in three sets.

The 18-year-old lost the first set 7-5 to the Czech, before levelling the contest with a 6-3 win in the second.

Golding then outclassed his opponent with a number of unplayable forehands as he closed out the match 6-4.

The result comes a day after Andy Murray's semi-final defeat to Rafael Nadal.
