Heather Watson has booked her place in the third round of the Olympic tennis tournament with a 6-2 6-2 win over Spain's Silvia Soler.
The British hopeful started on the front foot at SW19 and managed to break her opponent to get an advantage and then maintain her composure with fierce forehands and returns.
While Soler tried to hold her serve, it was wasn't enough to trouble Watson, who snatched the first set with ease.
Watson continued her dominance in the second set by enforcing a strong serve on the court, which Soler struggled to handle and was eventually forced to relinquish the match as Watson eased to a 6-2 clincher in the second set.
